I just spent the last few hours playing Dinosaur City Hunting Destroy, and I'm still trying to process what I just experienced. The game's title is pretty self-explanatory - you hunt and destroy dinosaurs in a city setting. Sounds like a blast, right? I mean, who doesn't love dinosaurs and destruction? The game's concept had me hyped from the start, but unfortunately, the execution fell a bit flat for me.

First of all, the graphics are pretty subpar. I know, I know, not every game can have AAA-level graphics, but it's hard not to compare when you've played other games with similar concepts that look so much better. The city environments are pretty bland and lack any real detail, and the dinosaurs themselves look like they were ripped straight from a PS2 game. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's definitely noticeable. The sound design isn't much better - the sound effects are pretty generic and the music is forgettable.

Gameplay-wise, Dinosaur City Hunting Destroy is a mixed bag. On the one hand, the combat can be pretty satisfying, especially when you're taking down a massive T-Rex with a rocket launcher. But on the other hand, the controls can be really clunky at times, and the camera can be super finicky. I found myself getting stuck on buildings or other objects more times than I can count, and it got pretty frustrating. The game also has a weird auto-aim system that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, which can be really annoying when you're trying to take down a fast-moving dinosaur.

One thing that Dinosaur City Hunting Destroy does have going for it is its sense of scale. The dinosaurs are huge and feel really powerful, and the city environments are big and open. It's pretty cool to be able to explore the city and take down dinosaurs in different locations. The game also has a pretty decent variety of dinosaurs to hunt, from your standard T-Rex and Triceratops to some more obscure species. It's just a shame that the game's technical issues and lackluster graphics hold it back from being a really great experience.

There are a lot of little glitches and bugs that can be really frustrating, and the game's overall polish is just not there. I'm not expecting a perfect game or anything, but it feels like the developers could have spent a bit more time ironing out the kinks before releasing it. That being said, if you're a fan of dinosaur games or just looking for something a bit mindless to play, you might still have some fun with Dinosaur City Hunting Destroy. Just don't expect too much.

Overall, I'd say that Dinosaur City Hunting Destroy is an okay game that could have been a lot better with a bit more development time. It's not the worst game I've ever played, but it's definitely not the best either. If you're looking for a fun dinosaur game, you might want to check out something like Ark: Survival Evolved or Jurassic World: Evolution instead. But hey, if you're feeling adventurous and want to try something a bit different, Dinosaur City Hunting Destroy might be worth a look. Just don't say I didn't warn you.
